Is it bad for my body to stop taking birth control for one week?

So I've been taking birth control for almost 4 years straight. And today (Sunday) I went to pick up my prescription because i just ended my period, but my dr didn't get a chance to fax over the refill because she's on vacation and won't be back until Tuesday or Wednesday. So will it be okay to just wait until next Sunday to start my new pack? I know my period will be on a different week but idk if it will be okay for my body?
