New puppy going to the bathroom while I sleep?

I got a new teacup poodle (already have one) about two weeks ago. Since our existing poodle sleeps with us, we decided to let the new one do the same ( a 2lb dog in a king bed is not noticeable) The other night we woke up to him going to the bathroom all over the bed so we got up, cleaned the bed and put him on the floor in his bed. Then the older poodle did the same thing, so we got up, cleaned the bed, and put him in his bed. After consistent whining all night long, we did not get one wink of sleep. Last night, we kept them on the floor in their beds for the night. This morning, there was pee and poop EVERYWHERE! It was like they did it out of anger. My Mother keeps her 2 poodles in a pack-n-play with their beds inside over night. I'm thinking that would be a good idea- resemble a kennel but be more comfortable so maybe they won't go to the bathroom inside there? I'm just feeling like this is not fair for the existing poodle because he had the royal treatment before. What do we do?? Help!
