Printer question? Please answer?

I'm asking this from my dad's account. XPP But anyway, last night, my mom asked me to print out a coupon for her because the other computer doesn't have a printer. I did, but the papers weren't put into the printer right so my mom took the papers out and... I think we re-started the printer, I dunno. But anyway, we didn't try printing it again that night [kind of forgot about it :P]. Today, I went to my dad's email to print e-bay things as normal, but after trying to print one or two of the things, neither printed. So I went to the printers/faxes thing on the computer and looked at the documents waiting to be printed, and I noticed at the top was the coupon thing I tried to print last night. So, I tried to cancel it a few times, didn't work. Tried to cancel all documents from printing, all the others cancelled except that one. Tried to turn off the printer and turn it back on, didn't work. Nothing I tried worked, so... can anyone help me out? xD;
