I faxed my 4506-T and no response?

It's been 11 days since I faxed my 4506-T papers for proof of non-filing and I have not gotten anything back. I went to my local Veterans Affairs office and I filled out everything the guy told me to, and he even circled the number I should fax it to. The fax went through and said it was completed so I know that's not the problem. Should I call them and see what's going on?
