What is wrong with my parents?

My mother and father never let me do anything. I have been at home everyday this summer. i only go out when my dad goes to the store and my mom goes grocery shopping. I've been out of school since may 11 and i just graduated high school. Im 16 so i don't have my license yet. My brother is 17 freshmen in college and he gets to go where ever he wants. He flunked his first year so me and him are going to be freshmen together. But anyway i stay home and i do errands all day. i help my dad in his office faxing papers emailing people making phone calls, i cook , wash the dog take him out every 3 hours, the dishes and i cant even sit 2mins without someone calling my name i have to wake up at 9am. When i try to talk to them about hanging out with my friends or having people over.. i end up getting yelled at, getting a lecture, all my friends are hanging out swimming everyday going to graduation parties and i have just been in the house Crying. sometimes i upload videos on youtube and random chat with people onlline. What shuld i do? im sooo depressed.
