Is it right for Christians to be angry all the time?

The hell and brimstone Christians to me always seem very angry and critical all the time, I know one particular Christian lady who is close to the Lord, but she is terrifying in her temprament. Other people who I think are just as intimidating are speakers like Jacob Prasch, but is it right to exhibit anger all the time?
