Which is the most suitable motherboard for an Intel i3 2nd gen processor for a home PC?

I am planning to replace my old CPU with a new one having Intel i3 2nd gen processor. It will be a home PC used mostly for net surfing and media play. Initially I will be loading WIN XP Professional. Thinking of shifting to WIN_7 eventually. Please suggest a suitable/ most compatible motherboard for the processor. I will be adding 4 GB RAM, 500 gb HDD, DVD writer, Audio Card, TV Tuner Card, Tel/Fax modem.
