What should I do about my controlling brother?

Not the protective kind of controlling either, actually quite the opposite. He only has anger towards me, and not my sister. They are both older than me. They always team up against me no matter what; like he will literally kick my *** if my sister just says the word. My mom doesn't really do anything to help, because what can she do? My brother even seems to have more power in the family than my own mother. I feel like he needs some serious anger management or something, but I know that's never going to happen. I am a minor and my parents are split up, but I can't live with my dad because he is in jail. What should I do? I'm afraid I'm gonna go crazy or do something drastic if nothing happens about this soon, so any suggestions? Thanks..
