My neighbor is constantly harassing us - threatening our lives!?

I had the same problem, my neighbor even pulled a gun on some workers in my yard. I put up a web cam on my house, a few of them posted on the roof where they could not be tampered with, after he realized he was under surveillance, he stopped coming out of his house. I also had the police involved a number of times with no result. Find out more about this guy to. Maybe he is on disability or welfare or parole, or probation, none of those people would like to see video's of your neighbor actively harassing you. Good luck, If he is threatening you with physical violence then perhaps consider buying a firearm, I know its unpleasant but you need to protect yourself and your wife.
