I'm having a lot of problems with my sister... Help?

Tell her how you feel and how she is making an impact on your life and the rest of your family's life. Lay down the law. Make her listen. If that doesn't work talk to your parents and have them make non violent but serious threats or stuff that she wouldn't like, such as military school. Good luck.
