Don't get the concept of neo nazis in Russia?

Was watching something on neo nazis in Russia who celebrate Hitler's birthday and wear swastikas and practice nazi idealogy. I don't get it because dont these people realize Hitler viewed the Russian people as slavs who were racially inferior yet they celebrate his birthday and call themselves nazis when millions of their own people were butchered and murdered by Hitler and the nazis during world war 2. Just seemed wierd to me...
