Could you give me some advice concerning my father?

My father hates Jewish people and black people. I don't judge against them, but he does. He won't let me hang out with black people, and he told me that if I brought one home, it'd be hell turned loose. I don't know what to do, and I need your help, so that he won't be angry at me if I hang out with them. He has a tattoo saying 'Pecker wood' and a swastika on his back. It saddens me, because he doesn't take the time to know my friends. Can you help me?
