Are white supremacy groups gaining popularity in the USA?

I don't know if white supremacy groups are gaining popularity, but all those things you mention in this post have been that way for decades. Affirmative action is nothing new. It's been around since the '60's. Low income housing and even many low income neighborhoods have always been racially divided. Same with the prisons-it's always been that way.
